Socaltsgurl, "hit the nail on the head"! For those gurls who make their living in the porn industry, once they go through SRS, they should probably consider retiring from porn! Consequently, it is typical that if they tried to stay in porn... they'd loose at least half if not most of their fan base! And from what I've heard... TS gurls get castrated or full SRS for a number of reasons. Guys commenting don’t seem to consider that TS go thru a hell of a lot medically, socially, financially, and adjustment to get to where they want to be. SRS is a completion and removal of something that is often painful to the gurl. Castration is very important in the long term. To be more feminine in every part of her mind and body means raising estrogen levels to genetic female levels and reducing Testosterone levels to genetic female levels (both sexes have a tiny amount of the opposite hormone generated in small amounts in the adrenal glands. For a MTF TS, Testosterone is absolute poison, as it directly opposes estrogen, I.e., to raise Estrogen levels, Testosterone must be held down, or else the T nullifies the Estrogen. Estrogen is what feminizes the girl everywhere in her body (although it can’t reverse bone growth, voice deepening, etc.). Most girls take an anti-androgen (like Siponolactone) to suppress T in their body.. Spiro has a number of side effects and is not good to take for the rest of their lives, so doctors recommend at some point getting castrated to allow them to stop taking Spiro, (which is much healthier), and castration also increases feminization.. personal opinion, but I believe that the majority of TS gurls would prefer to either get castrated or SRS, but Men’s fetishes tend to keep them from earning as much in most sex work if they get those surgeries.
